Apply the smoothie directly to your hair strands and scalp. Massage for 1-5 minutes. Put a plastic cap or bag over your hair to trap in the heat. Leave on hair for at least 30 minutes up to 8 hours (with cap or bag on head). The longer the better. The “Greenhouse Effect” is extremely effective while using the smoothie.
